Sourcing and Sustainability

Our commitment to local sourcing and sustainable practices is at the core of Escondido’s philosophy. Your support helps establish partnerships with local farmers and producers, ensuring that every meal not only tastes good, but does good for Santa Fe. We are currently partnered with Above Sea Level for the freshest fish imported to Santa Fe and Chama Valley Meat Company for their grass-fed beef. Your support helps us keep up with sourcing seasonal produce and providing you with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.

Location and Ambiance

Escondido will be located near Harrison Road and Agua Fria Street in Central Santa Fe. With a rooftop patio and plans to stay open until 11 p.m., It will fill a need for a quality late-night dining option in Santa Fe. 

Chef Ruiz is dedicated to having delicious dishes available at every price point, making Escondido accessible to everyone. Escondido will be a unique place where you can stop for a quick lunch or plan to celebrate a special occasion with a high-end dinner. Every detail from the custom art on the walls, the perfected dishes on the menu, and even the unique sound design in the restaurant, has been taken into consideration and specialized for the absolute best dining experience we could imagine, and it’s all for you Santa Fe.
